Job summary

Tanqeeb in Dubai is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and system requirements. You will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams to define solution requirements and ensure alignment with regulatory standards.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of Business Analysis experience in banking or financial services, with strong knowledge of Digital Banking channels and experience in Agile or Waterfall delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Strong understanding of Digital Banking products and channels (Retail, Corporate, Mobile Banking, Internet Banking, Payments).
• Experience in Agile and/or Waterfall delivery environments.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather and validate requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of Business Analysis experience, preferably within banking or financial services.
  • Strong understanding of Digital Banking products and channels (Retail, Corporate, Mobile Banking, Internet Banking, Payments, etc.).
  • Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall delivery environments.
  • Excellent analytical, documentation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Preferred Experience
  • Previous experience in digital transformation or digital banking initiatives.
  • Knowledge of banking processes, customer journeys, and regulatory requirements.
  • Relevant certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile certifications would be an advantage.
