Qualifications

• SSC qualification or equivalent vocational training in automotive body repair.
• 5-7 years of hands-on experience in automotive workshop.
• Strong ability to interpret repair manuals and follow instructions.
• Strict compliance with safety procedures and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned mechanical, body, and paint repair work according to procedures and time standards.
• Assess damaged areas and repair in line with repair manuals.
• Prepare body panels for refinishing, including sanding, filling, masking, and priming.
• Perform spray painting and color mixing to match original finish.
• Inspect completed repairs for surface quality, color accuracy, alignment, and workmanship.
