Job summary

RetailHub Sourcing in Dubai seeks a Body Repair Master to repair and restore vehicles to their original condition. This full-time role includes accommodation, and you will apply your bodywork and painting expertise to ensure high-quality repairs and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include assessing damage, disassembling and repairing parts, straightening frames, priming surfaces, color matching, and applying paint with spray guns while inspecting quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in body repair or similar role.
• Proficient in bodywork techniques: welding, dent repair, panel replacement.
• Knowledge of automotive painting and color matching.
• Ability to read repair manuals and diagrams.
• Detail-oriented with high-quality workmanship.
• Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy objects.
• Fluent in English; other languages a plus.
• Indian nationality preferred but not required.

As a Body Repair Master, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicles to their original condition. You will use your expertise in bodywork and painting to ensure high-quality repairs and customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided, located in the vibrant city of Dubai.

Responsibilities:

• Assessing damage to vehicles and providing accurate repair estimates
• Disassembling damaged parts and repairing or replacing them as needed
• Straightening bent frames and panels using specialized tools
• Filling, sanding, and priming surfaces for painting
• Matching paint colors and applying paint using spray guns
• Inspecting completed repairs for quality control
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a body repair technician or similar role
• Proficiency in bodywork techniques such as welding, dent repair, and panel replacement
• Knowledge of automotive painting techniques and color matching
• Ability to read and interpret repair manuals and diagrams
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
• Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time
• Fluent in English (additional language skills are a plus)
• Indian nationality preferred but not required

Salary: Starting salary for this position is 900 USD per month, with potential for growth based on performance.
