Job summary

Facade Today is seeking an experienced BIM Manager in the UAE to lead the project-wide BIM strategy and information management. You will develop and maintain the BEP, ensure compliance with ISO 19650, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams across Architecture, Structure, MEP, and specialized disciplines.

The role requires managing CDE workflows, QA/QC, and digital handover for healthcare or hospital projects where applicable, with a focus on high-density BIM coordination and data-driven

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or a related discipline.
• Extensive hands-on experience with BIM management and information management.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary BIM coordination on large projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the BIM and digital information management strategy for the project to meet contractual requirements.
• Develop, implement, maintain, and update the BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
• Review information requirements and ensure BIM deliverables comply with contracts.
• Establish BIM standards, modelling procedures, naming conventions, and exchange protocols.
• Monitor deliverables against milestones and information delivery dates.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM reviews and chair coordination meetings.
• Ensure QA/QC procedures and compliance with LOD/LOI requirements.
• Support design and construction teams with 4D/5D BIM uses and digital handover.
