Job summary

WSP is seeking a Principal BIM Information Manager, Structures, to lead BIM and information management across the Middle East and GCC. You will drive ISO19650 compliance, coordinate across structural, architectural and MEP disciplines, and oversee BEPs, IDPs and CDE governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural/Architectural Engineering or Construction Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 12–15 years in the AEC industry with ≥8 years BIM leadership on major multidisciplinary projects.
• Proven experience implementing ISO19650 workflows and information-management practices.
• Experience supporting bids, mobilisation, project delivery and digital-transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Act as the BIM and Information Management lead for the Structural Engineering business across the Middle East and GCC.
• Support implementation of the regional Digital Delivery Strategy within the Structures business.
• Provide technical leadership, governance and assurance for BIM-related activities across all structural projects.
• Promote ISO19650 principles, information management processes and digital delivery standards.
• Serve as escalation point for structure-related BIM and information management queries.
• Support Head of BIM in developing departmental BIM strategies, standards, workflows and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide BIM leadership across major multidisciplinary projects from pursuit through close-out.
• Lead and chair BIM coordination and collaboration meetings; participate in design management meetings.
