Qualifications

• ISO and BIM certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and validate BIM progress and quality.
• Produce project-specific BIM Execution Plan.
• Ensure compliance with the approved BIM Plan.
• Coordinate BIM file exchange and milestone submittals.
• Coach teams on BIM processes.
• Identify clashes and ensure proper model classification.
