Job summary

WSP is seeking a Principal BIM / Information Manager with a strong structural engineering background to support multidisciplinary projects in the Middle East. This role involves leading BIM processes, ensuring compliance with ISO 19650 standards, and collaborating with various engineering teams.

The ideal candidate will have at least 12-15 years of experience in the AEC industry, with substantial BIM leadership experience in large engineering projects, and a passion for digital transformation and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12–15 years' experience in the AEC industry.
• 8 years of BIM leadership experience on major multidisciplinary projects.
• Proven experience leading large-scale structural engineering projects.

Responsibilities

• Act as the BIM and Information Management lead for structural engineering.
• Provide technical leadership and governance for BIM activities.
• Support and develop BIM Execution Plans and Information Delivery Plans.
