Job summary

WSP in the Middle East is seeking a Design Manager in Dubai to lead multidisciplinary design projects within the Property & Buildings sector. You’ll drive technical excellence, client satisfaction, and strategic growth across commercial, mixed-use, and high-performance environments.

You will mentor teams, oversee governance, and promote best-practice processes, BIM adoption, and international design standards to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or related field.
• 15+ years' experience leading multidisciplinary design teams.
• Experience delivering large-scale, complex buildings.
• Knowledge of regional regulations and international design standards.
• Strong client relationship management and business development.
