Job summary

WSP is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Digital Delivery Lead in the UAE to drive digital transformation, BIM governance, and data-centric project delivery for major transport and infrastructure programs. You will unify BIM, GIS, and Digital Twin workflows, overseeing data integrity from design through handover.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in digital delivery on large-scale projects, with UAE/Middle East experience preferred and strong ISO 19650 knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in engineering, architecture or related field.
• 15+ years of professional experience in digital delivery on large infrastructure projects.
• Proven leadership of digital delivery in transport and infrastructure.
• Strong BIM, GIS, and digital twin implementation experience.
• Experience with UAE or Middle East projects preferred.
• Expert knowledge of ISO 19650 standards.

Responsibilities

• Digital Strategy, Frameworks & BIM Governance with DDEP and BEP.
• Administer CDE using ACC/BIM 360 and automate workflows.
• Control project coordinate systems to avoid drift across alignments.
• Architect GIS to design software data pipelines and Digital Twin integration.
• Develop and run automated audits and AI-assisted design tools.
• Lead multidisciplinary digital delivery teams.
• Ensure data integrity from design to asset handover.
• Oversee 3D visualization in InfraWorks, Twinmotion, Unreal Engine.
