Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
• 8+ years of professional architectural experience focusing on technical design and project delivery.
• Experience in leading a multidisciplinary consultancy in the Middle East is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical development and delivery of architectural projects from concept through construction.
• Prepare, review, and coordinate detailed design packages, drawings, specifications, and construction documentation.
• Ensure compliance with local authority regulations, international codes, and project-specific requirements.
• Coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including Structural, MEP, Landscape, Interior Design, and Specialist Consultants.
• Support BIM implementation and technical design coordination across projects.
• Review shop drawings, material submissions, RFIs, and construction-stage technical queries.
• Drive technical excellence, quality assurance, and design consistency across project deliverables.
• Mentor and support junior architects and technical team members.
