Job summary

Confidential is seeking a senior BIM Standards & Compliance lead to implement BIM Manual, templates, naming conventions, and LOD/LOI, with BEPs aligned to ISO 19650 across multi-disciplinary projects.

You will set up and maintain the CDE, supervise model coordination, and drive nonconformances to closure, while mentoring BIM coordinators and expanding automation through Dynamo and Python.

Qualifications

• Experience leading model coordination on multi-disciplinary projects.
• Proven track record implementing ISO 19650 or equivalent BIM standards on live projects.
• Hands-on experience building Dynamo graphs and Python scripts for production automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead federated model coordination across Architecture, Structure, MEP, and Infrastructure; chair clash detection sessions.
• Perform model audits and QA/QC checks; track and close out clashes, RFIs, and coordination issues.
• Validate drawing sheets, schedules, and quantities extracted from models for accuracy and consistency.
• Develop and maintain Dynamo graphs and Python scripts to automate modelling, QA/QC, data validation, and reporting.
• Maintain a shared library of reusable scripts and tools; train coordinators on their use.
• Collaborate with Digital Delivery on internal toolkit and automation requirements/testing.
• Stay current with automation and AI-assisted workflows for BIM production.
