Job summary

TalentOne is seeking an experienced BIM Manager to lead BIM implementation across building and villa construction projects. The role involves developing BEP, standards, and coordinating multidisciplinary models from design through construction.

You will oversee CDE, clash detection, and ensure compliance with ISO 19650 and client requirements, while mentoring BIM Coordinators and Modelers to deliver high-quality BIM deliverables on schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 8–12+ years of experience in BIM, including 3+ years in a BIM Manager role.
• Strong experience in building and villa construction projects.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, AutoCAD, and BIM 360/Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of BIM Execution Plans (BEP), ISO 19650, and BIM standards.
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM implementation across multiple building and villa projects.
• Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEP), standards, and workflows.
• Manage and coordinate Architectural, Structural, and MEP BIM models.
• Conduct clash detection using Navisworks and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams.
• Ensure compliance with BIM standards, client requirements, and project specifications.
• Monitor BIM deliverables, model quality, and project milestones.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to BIM Coordinators and Modelers.
• Manage Common Data Environment (CDE) and document control processes.
• Support project planning, quantity take-offs, 4D/5D BIM, and digital construction initiatives.
