Job summary

Hill International is seeking an experienced BIM Manager to review and align design and construction deliverables. You will establish BIM requirements, execution plans, and LOD matrices, coordinating with consultants and contractors to ensure model integrity and accurate scheduling.

You will audit models for clashes, data completeness, and file sizes, while supporting the project team with extraction and visualization tasks.

Qualifications

BSc degree in civil engineering.
10 years of experience in BIM modelling.
Preferably experience in infrastructure projects.
At least 3 recent years in a similar PMC role.
Good communication skills with the ability to explain complex issues clearly.

Responsibilities

Review deliverables of the existing design and construction team during project implementation.
Put in place BIM requirements for each project, including Execution Plan, LOD Matrix, modelling methodology, and coordination strategy.
Audit design and construction models for consistency, data attachments, scheduling, BOQs, and clash issues.
Coordinate BIM activities among Lead Design Consultant, other consultants, contractors and stakeholders.
Attend coordination meetings and provide support for model extraction and visualization.
Review reports of utility clashes, BOQs, and material specification extraction from the BIM model.
Audit BIM documentation to ensure alignment with standards and smooth transitions between project phases.
