Job summary

NADIA Recruitment & Management Consultants is seeking a BIM Manager in Dubai to lead BIM implementation across projects, ensure compliance with ISO 19650, and drive digital workflows for improved delivery. The role requires leadership of multidisciplinary teams and strong proficiency in Revit and Navisworks.

You will mentor junior staff, maintain BEP guidelines, and oversee model coordination, documentation, and version control to enhance collaboration and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management)
• 5–8+ years of BIM coordination or management experience
• Strong knowledge of ISO 19650 standards
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM implementation across multiple project teams
• Ensure BIM models meet project standards and client requirements
• Establish and enforce BIM execution plans (BEP)
• Monitor BIM processes and timely delivery of coordinated models
• Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM integration and perform clash detection
• Oversee model federation and consistency across disciplines
• Provide guidance on BIM best practices and digital workflows
• Mentor junior BIM staff and support training programs
