Job description

On behalf of our client we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Architect with a consulting firm background and 2 3 years of hands‑on experience in Dubai. The role is ideal for a professional who has worked on building projects from concept to execution and is comfortable working with drawings, coordination, and documentation in a consultancy environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers and other project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review and coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to identify and resolve design conflicts before construction.
• Monitor design progress and ensure timely submission and approval of drawings and technical documents.
• Coordinate material selection, sample submissions and approval processes with consultants and clients.
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely material procurement and compliance with project specifications.
• Track project documentation (RFIs, shop drawings, material submittals, and approvals).
• Organise and attend coordination meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and ensure follow‑up on action items.
• Ensure all project documents are maintained accurately and updated regularly.
• Support the project team in achieving project milestones within the approved schedule.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Dubai.
• Previous experience with an engineering consultant or real estate developer is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and organisational skills.

• Knowledge of Revit is an advantage.
