Job Description

Join a dynamic and collaborative team where you'll take charge of projects under the guidance of a Senior Architect or Lead. Your role will involve upholding high operational standards, inspiring your team, and ensuring that projects meet and exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior team members to create schematic designs and design development drawings.
  
• Contribute to ensuring designs comply with relevant codes and regulations.
  
• Organise and manage project drawings in a vertical folder, maintaining detailed issue registers.
  
• Guarantee accurate and organised submissions for every stage of the project.
  
• Proactively track and expedite local authority submissions for approvals, both internally and with sub-consultants.
  
• Enforce operational standards within your team, ensuring compliance with local authority regulations and industry benchmarks.
  
• Oversee the timely delivery of CAD documentation, addressing potential delays promptly.
  
• Prepare submission packages that meet all relevant authority requirements.
  
• Facilitate seamless collaboration between MEP, structural, and other sub-consultants.
  
• Ensure fully coordinated construction drawings before submission.
  
• Motivate and guide your project team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  
• Assist in assigning resources and preparing schedules for construction documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelors in Architecture or equivalent within a western university.
  
• Must be proficient using Navisworks and Revit.
  
• Local building regulations knowledge would be advantageous.
