The successful candidate will steer design development, mentor junior designers, and collaborate with design directors to ensure design integrity through all stages, while delivering compelling narratives and presentations. The role requires a Bachelor's/Master's in Architecture and up to 8 years of experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• Up to 8 years' post-qualification experience in design leadership for large-scale projects.
• Proven expertise in AutoCAD, Revit and Rhino at an advanced level with strong conceptual design capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design development of large-scale commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use projects from concept through detailed design stages.
• Develop creative and compelling architectural concepts that respond to client aspirations, site context, and functional requirements.
• Collaborate with design directors and project teams to translate design intent into cohesive architectural narratives.
