Job summary

Aster Retail's Business Intelligence & PMO lead will drive data-led decision making across the omnichannel business, responsible for analytics, performance reporting, PMO governance, and end-to-end data visibility. You will partner with Finance, Retail Operations, Supply Chain, and IT to capture, validate, and present actionable insights that improve profitability, service levels, and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in business analytics and performance reporting.
• Strong SQL, data cleansing, and data validation skills.
• Experience in PMO governance and stakeholder coordination.
• Proficiency with Power BI dashboards and KPI reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise dashboards and KPI reports.
• Analyze performance across stores, e-commerce, pharmacy operations and distribution.
• Ensure data integrity across reporting platforms.
• Coordinate with Finance, Retail, Supply Chain and IT teams.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and business reviews.
• Oversee data governance standards and reporting controls.
