Job summary

The Data Products Manager at Chalhoub Group will serve as the critical bridge between Omnichannel’s business and analytics needs and the central Data team. They will translate business needs into actionable data requirements, ensuring the development and implementation of data-driven features, metrics, and systems for Omnichannel.

They will govern definitions, catalogs, and ownership while delivering on-time outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of analytics concepts, tools and KPIs.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear data requirements.
• Experience defining and governing data definitions, metrics and catalogs.
• Familiarity with data privacy, governance and compliance in retail.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Omnichannel Data Analytics to define new metrics and features.
• Translate KPIs like CLV, churn, CAC into actionable data requirements.
• Own the data product roadmap aligned to business strategy and capacity.
• Define acceptance criteria and validate data products against requirements.
• Ensure compliance with privacy and governance policies for customer data.
• Maintain data catalog glossaries and link assets to reports.
