You will own metrics like CLV, churn, AOV, CAC, and ensure governance, catalog alignment, and timely delivery across stakeholder groups.

This role requires strong collaboration, prioritization, and experience with Looker/Power BI and SQL/Python in a retail analytics context.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of analytics concepts and KPIs.
• Translate business needs into clear, buildable requirements.
• Experience with Looker/Power BI and data visualization.
• Familiarity with data catalogs, governance and ownership models.
• Product management or data analytics experience in retail.

Responsibilities

• Gather and translate analytics requirements for central Data team.
• Own data product roadmap and prioritize requests.
• Collaborate with Omnichannel Data Analytics and central Data teams.
• Document requirements and glossary entries clearly.
• Ensure privacy and compliance in data products.
