Job summary

DM Healthcare LLC seeks a Business Intelligence PMO Lead to drive data-led decision making across Aster Retail's omnichannel business. You will partner with Finance, Retail, Supply Chain and IT to capture, analyze, validate, and present actionable insights that improve profitability, service levels and customer experience.

The role covers enterprise dashboards, data governance, end-to-end data visibility across procurement, warehousing, distribution, e-commerce and pharmacy operations, and PMO

Qualifications

• Experience building BI dashboards and KPI reports.
• Knowledge of data governance and data quality controls.
• Exposure to PMO governance and cross-functional reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise dashboards and KPI reports using Power BI.
• Analyze performance across retail stores, eCommerce, pharmacy operations and distribution.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across reporting platforms.
• Lead PMO governance, track milestones, risks and actions.
• Coordinate with Finance, Commercial, IT and Operations for reporting needs.
