Al Tayer Insignia seeks a seasoned Business Systems Manager to lead Data Platform Engineering within Retail IT, enhancing analytics for omni-channel planning, buying, and merchandising.

The role requires deep AWS Redshift, Databricks, SAP, and BI expertise, with 12–15 years in IT and 5+ years in Retail ERP. You will drive BRD-driven projects and collaborate with SI partners for successful delivery.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of IT experience with at least 5 years in Retail ERP.
• Experience in design and integration of complex BI and ERP solutions.
• Strong knowledge of cloud data platforms and BI tooling.

Responsabilités

• Provide functional and technical support for BI technologies in planning, buying, and merchandising.
• Lead requirement analysis and BRD creation with business users.
• Coordinate with SI partners and guide project delivery across all phases.
• Manage end-to-end projects from design to deployment with stakeholders.
