Job summary

Intwo is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth across the Microsoft Cloud portfolio, including Dynamics 365, Azure, Data & AI, and Managed Services. You will identify opportunities, build client relationships, and manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to onboarding.

You will collaborate with pre-sales, delivery teams, and stakeholders to deliver customer value, expand market presence, and ensure seamless handoffs to project delivery while emphasizing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or public administration; master’s in marketing or commensurate experience.
• 20+ years industry experience with at least 10 years in solution selling.
• Excellent oral and written communication, clear and concise.
• Excellent presentation skills essential.
• Strong interpersonal skills with boards, partners, prospects and stakeholders.
• Extensive experience in Microsoft solution sales.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft tech: Dynamics 365, Office 365, Azure.
• Cross-industry experience: Manufacturing, Retail, Real Estate, project-based firms.
• Track record of developing long-term profitable relationships with mid to large organizations.
• Experience leading development of solutions, consulting offerings, assets for repeatable sales.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders in large consultancies or SI with partner networks.

Responsibilities

• Owns development and execution of a demand generation strategy to drive pipeline and sales KPIs.
• Collaborates with internal teams to create integrated propositions for industries or clients.
• Interlocks with delivery to ensure robust client contracts and successful delivery.
• Develops innovative, profitable commercial constructs.
• Creates marketing and communications plans to drive pipeline.
• Manages client relationships and commercial engagements for long-term value.
• Cultivates senior stakeholder relationships within strategic accounts.
• Builds partnerships and alliances to extend brand and support networks.
• Oversees grant management functions including proposals, events, media relations and branding.
