Job summary

ESG Emirates Stallions Group P.J.S.C. is seeking a Planning Manager to develop, monitor, and control project schedules for interior fit-out projects.

You will work with project teams to ensure timely delivery, identify risks, recover delays, and provide accurate planning reports to management, clients, and consultants. The role requires PrimaveraP6 expertise, strong analytical skills, and extensive UAE/GCC interior fit-out experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, architecture, or interior design.
• PrimaveraP6 certification is preferred.
• Minimum 10+ years of planning experience in interior fit-out projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop baseline project schedules using PrimaveraP6 with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor progress against schedules and identify delays and critical-path items.
• Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports and dashboards for management and clients.
• Analyze delays and craft recovery plans to mitigate schedule risks.
• Coordinate with project managers, site teams, procurement, joinery factory and subcontractors.
• Plan resources and monitor manpower, materials, and equipment usage to support execution.
• Assist with EOT claims and delay analysis where applicable.
• Participate in client/consultant meetings with schedule updates and forecasts.
• Ensure planning procedures comply with company standards and contracts.
• Review performance and propose improvements to boost planning efficiency.
