Job summary

The Emirates Group invites a skilled Design & Projects Manager to lead planning, management and delivery of in-station and UAE projects, including fit-out and renovation work for commercial properties.

You'll develop drawings and specifications, coordinate with consultants and contractors, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive cost-effective delivery while upholding Emirates Group standards across our hotels and residences.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture or related field (interior design and project management preferred).
• Minimum 8 years of experience in facilities, maintenance or related field.
• Experience with large-scale commercial or corporate projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and direct facilities projects for in-station and UAE across Emirates Group properties.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors and stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery.
• Ensure cost control, quality standards and regulatory compliance.
• Lead interior design standards and value engineering across projects.
