Job summary

Westoceanic Services seeks a senior sales professional to grow our maintenance and operations services across the Gulf region. You will engage plant managers, procurement teams and contractors to shape opportunities before they are formally issued.

You bring a decade of Gulf market experience, a strong decision-maker network and the ability to discuss both technical and commercial aspects. UAE driving licence and frequent travel are expected.

Qualifications

• Ten years or more selling maintenance, operations or industrial services in the Gulf.
• A personal contact network reaching decision-makers.
• Long-term agreements closed with substantial value.
• Genuine depth in at least one Gulf market (Saudi Arabia counted).
• Ability to hold technical and commercial conversations.
• UAE driving licence and readiness to travel frequently.
• Arabic is welcome but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Identify facilities across the region where maintenance, operations or servicing requirements are approaching, and make early contact.
• Maintain active relationships with operators, plant owners, main contractors, PMCs and technical advisors.
• Contribute to how requirements are defined before they are formally issued where possible.
• Complete vendor registration and approval with accounts we intend to pursue.
• Navigate enquiries from commercial discussion to signed agreements with support from operations and costing teams.
• Stay informed on client expansion plans, shutdowns and competitor activity to direct effort where it counts.
• Keep a realistic pipeline and report to the Director on pursuit status.
