Rakbank is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager - QA to lead testing initiatives across digital banking solutions and act as SME for core banking systems. You will drive QA best practices, test automation, and end-to-end testing while coordinating onshore and offshore teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of QA/testing experience.
• 3+ years in Lead or SME role supporting banking systems and transformation projects.
• Experience across Banking Platforms and Digital Channels.
• Proficient in Agile, Waterfall, and DevOps environments.
• Proven leadership experience managing distributed/onshore-offshore QA teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end testing activities across SIT, UAT, Performance Testing, and Production releases.
• Design and implement test strategies, frameworks, and automation solutions.
• Act as SME for Core Banking, Digital Banking, CRM, IVR, ATM, Cards, and Banking Systems Integration.
• Collaborate with business, technology, vendors, and external partners to ensure quality delivery.
• Manage defect triage, QA governance, risk mitigation, and release readiness.
• Drive continuous improvement through QA metrics, dashboards, and reporting.
• Lead and mentor QA teams while coordinating with third-party vendors and service providers.
