Job summary

EQPM, based in Dubai, seeks a Service Delivery Partner (Banking QE) to lead technical excellence and innovation across the MEA Banking practice. This high-impact leadership role shapes GenAI-enabled testing, predictive QA, and proactive delivery across multiple projects.

You will drive TPM, shift-left SDLC, manage 25+ parallel initiatives in Digital, Core Banking, and Middleware, and ensure rigorous QA in AI/ML within banking, collaborating with stakeholders and steering automation-first

Qualifications

• 18+ years of experience in Service Delivery for testing projects.
• Proven expertise in managing large-scale delivery for the Middle East market, with exposure to other geographies.
• Strong TPM skills and ability to solve technical roadblocks.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, P&L management, and end-to-end accountability.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication for stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead GenAI integration to automate test generation, data creation, and self-healing automation.
• Establish QA frameworks for AI/ML models in banking, ensuring reliability and compliance.
• Drive Shift-Left to bake testability into requirements and design.
• Manage 25+ parallel projects across Digital, Core Banking, and Middleware with automation focus.
• Orchestrate Continuous Testing within CI/CD pipelines with automated quality gates.
• Navigate complex environments including data migration and middleware testing where docs may be sparse.

The Service Delivery Partner (Banking QE) is a high-impact leadership role focused on driving technical excellence and innovation across our MEA Banking practice.

Essential Requirements

• Experience: 18+ years of experience in Service Delivery for testing projects within the BFS segment.
• Geography: Proven expertise in managing large-scale delivery specifically for the Middle East market, with exposure to other geographies.
• Technical Depth: Strong Technical Program Management (TPM) skills; ability to roll up sleeves to solve technical roadblocks.
• Education/Fundamentals: Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, P&L management, and end-to-end accountability.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities and Deliverables

1. AI & GenAI Innovation Leadership
   • GenAI Integration: Lead the deployment of Generative AI tools to automate test case generation, synthetic data creation, and self-healing automation.
   • AI Evaluation: Establish frameworks for the quality assurance of AI/ML models within the banking sector, ensuring model reliability and compliance.
   • Predictive QA: Utilize machine learning analytics to identify high-risk code areas and transition the delivery model from reactive testing to proactive prevention.
2. Technical Program Management & Shift-Left Strategy
   • Shift-Left Implementation: Drive QE involvement into the earliest stages of the SDLC (Requirements & Design) to ensure “Testability” is architected into the product.
   • Complex Delivery: Manage a portfolio of 25+ parallel projects across Digital, Core Banking, and Middleware with a focus on automation-first outcomes.
   • DevOps-CT: Orchestrate Continuous Testing (CT) within CI/CD pipelines, integrating automated quality gates into the developer workflow.
   • Ambiguous Environments: Navigate complex technical landscapes including data migration and middleware testing where documentation may be sparse.
