Job summary

First Bit Middle East is seeking a Marketing Manager to own UAE/GCC marketing strategy for a construction ERP product. The role drives brand, demand generation and pipeline, with budget ownership and leadership interaction with senior executives, including Russian-speaking stakeholders.

The candidate will manage content, campaigns and events, develop CRM-based lead qualification, and guide a small team as the business grows in a dynamic B2B software market.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in B2B marketing with 2+ years leading a small team.
• Experience marketing a technically complex product and managing a CRM-driven lead pipeline.
• Hands-on content and campaign management experience beyond strategy.
• Strong track record in event-led B2B marketing (executive breakfasts, conferences).
• Russian and English language fluency strongly preferred.
• UAE/GCC market experience preferred; construction/ERP/tech domain a plus.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day marketing execution: content calendar, paid campaigns, events.
• Set direction for content, digital advertising, and event marketing; delegate execution to team.
• Define and own lead-to-pipeline process in CRM; coordinate with BDR and sales on handoffs.
• Plan and manage online advertising (paid search, SEO, LinkedIn, programmatic) for construction decision-makers.
• Build brand and market position in UAE construction sector; craft messaging and thought leadership.
• Set events strategy including client breakfasts, webinars, and industry conferences.
• Report marketing performance and strategy to Head of Commercial Department.
• Scale the marketing team as the business grows.
