NMK Electronics, a Midwich Group company, seeks a Senior Pre-Sales Engineer to bridge technology and customer needs. You will design solutions across AV, UC, broadcast, control, and smart buildings, while engaging with customers and partners to ensure successful wins.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a Pre-Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Senior AV Engineering role.
• Deep knowledge across professional audio, AV-over-IP, UC platforms, control systems, and broadcast tech.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Visio, Vectorworks, EASE or Q-SYS Designer.
• Strong communicator, comfortable in design reviews and executive presentations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales teams, consultants and customers to capture tech requirements and define best-fit solutions.
• Design integrated solutions across AV, UC, Broadcast, Control, Digital Signage and Smart Building tech.
• Develop system architectures, network topologies, rack elevations, and infrastructure needs.
• Prepare technical proposals, scopes of work, BOMs, compliance statements and tender docs.
• Review specs and tender requirements, delivering fully compliant technical responses.
• Support quotations with equipment selections, calculations and project assumptions.
• Present complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences from integrators to C-suite.
• Conduct product demonstrations, workshops and trainings for customers and partners.
• Ensure smooth handover from pre-sales to delivery teams and project readiness.
• Stay ahead of tech trends and act as NMK’s technical ambassador in the market.
