Job summary

Shure is seeking a Senior Solution Engineer to join our Global Sales team in Dubai. You will design complex AV and IT solutions, generate demand through prospecting, educate buyers, and propose tailored offerings to end users and channel partners.

In this client-facing role you will lead engagements, collaborate with marketing, customer success and technical experts, and represent Shure at industry events. A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of AV/IT experience, plus CTS/MTR/Zoom certifications,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, marketing, or communications.
• 5+ years of professional AV/IT experience.
• CTS, Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) enablement, Zoom Certified Integrator certifications.
• Audio systems experience and ability to design complex solutions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Demand generation and prospecting to identify potential clients.
• Qualify projects and present tailored AV/IT solutions.
• Lead complex solution design and implementation for end users and channel partners.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technical teams; report in Salesforce.
• Represent Shure at industry events and drive adoption of new technologies.
