Job summary

AW Rostamani Holdings LLC is seeking a results-driven Sales professional for our Dubai team. You will drive the full sales process from prospecting to delivery, while building strong customer relationships and cross-functional collaboration to meet targets.

Responsibilities include guiding customers through finance/insurance options, achieving accessories and GAP targets, and reporting activity to the Sales Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow all steps of the sales process: prospecting, meeting, greeting, consultation, presentation, demonstration, negotiation, closing and delivery, and post-sales follow-up.
• Liaise with other departments to complete the sales process and ensure documentation per company policy.
• Report daily activities to the Sales Supervisor/Manager.
• Achieve sales targets on monthly, quarterly and annual basis while maximizing profit per transaction.
• Close maximum opportunities while maintaining and increasing existing customer base.
• Assist customers with finance and insurance products per customer requirements.
• Achieve Accessories, In-house insurance and GAP insurance targets.
• Create video content for customers to support the sales process and meet Venta Vid targets.
