Al Tayer Motors in Dubai seeks a results-driven showroom sales professional to drive the sales process with customers visiting the showroom or on sales calls, contributing to achieving monthly targets.

The ideal candidate has a degree or automotive vocational route, 3–5 years of GCC market experience, and solid knowledge of automobile sales; you will maintain relationships, handle documentation, and provide exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Degree or automotive vocational route is required.
• 3–5 years of solid GCC market experience.
• Good knowledge of automobile sales through training or experience.

Responsibilities

• Carry out sales in accordance with monthly targets and budgets.
• Prepare and maintain visit/call reports and inform the Manager.
• Report weekly/monthly on performance data and compare with targets.
• Engage showroom visitors, initiate sales and provide qualified product advice.
• Maintain customer database and develop a list of prospects.
• Ensure pre-delivery inspections, proper documentation, and invoicing for vehicle transactions.
• Provide excellent customer service to maximize future sales and upsell extras, warranties, and finance options.
