Job summary

Al Rostamani Group of Companies LLC in Abu Dhabi seeks a results-driven automotive sales professional to contribute to monthly sales targets for the passenger car retail business. You will follow the full sales process from prospecting to handover, while performing market intelligence and creating new business opportunities.

The role requires strong negotiation, product knowledge, financial awareness, and English communication.

Qualifications

Diploma or bachelor’s degree, preferably in the automotive industry.
2 years of sales experience in the automotive industry.
Fluent English; Arabic an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Maintain an active customer profile database with up-to-date details.
Make recommendations on sales strategies and manage the full sales process.
Conduct personal visits to understand customer needs and explain product features.
Negotiate deals and sell vehicles at maximum margins.
Coordinate vehicle orders and track arrivals, updating customers.
Collect payments and minimize customer credit risk.
Coordinate delivery and ensure customer satisfaction.
Ensure all documents and paperwork are completed.
Assist customers with bank/insurance requirements.
Coordinate with service for pre-delivery inspection (PDI).
Demonstrate vehicle features at delivery.
Maintain owner follow-up system to encourage repeat business.
Display vehicles in showroom and coordinate with branch.
Prepare weekly plans and activity reports for management.
