Job summary

Al-Futtaim Automotive in the UAE is seeking a Sales Executive to maximize vehicle sales across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and Ras Al Khaimah, delivering an outstanding customer journey from first contact to final purchase.

You will drive revenue through F&I and accessories, build lasting relationships, and work with a dynamic team to achieve targets in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in automotive or retail.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Strong upselling and cross-selling capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining healthy profit margins.
• Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences: Build relationships and provide tailored solutions.
• Generate and Manage Leads: Prospect new customers and maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Promote Value-Added Products: Sell F&I, trade-ins, warranties, and accessories.
• Ensure Process Compliance: Follow policies for sales, documentation, cash handling, and credit.
• Stay Market-Aware: Develop product knowledge and monitor industry trends.
• Support Team Success: Collaborate with branch teams to meet business objectives.
