Job summary

Russell Bedford International in Dubai's DIFC is seeking a fully qualified CA, ACCA or CPA to join our audit team as Audit Senior. You will lead external and internal audit engagements, ensure timely delivery, and uphold our high quality standards.

You will plan and budget audits, coordinate staffing, and build strong client relationships while mentoring junior staff and promoting continuous learning in a sociable, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Must be based in UAE with 4-5 years external audit experience in UAE mid-tier or Big 4.
• Qualified CA/ACCA/CPA certification is required.
• Strong IFRS knowledge and accounting proficiency.
• Ability to liaise with teams and clients across service lines.
• Team player with a can-do attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Execute external and internal audit engagements to the specified timeframe.
• Assist with planning, budgeting and staffing of audits.
• Coordinate the audit engagement from planning to completion with high quality.
• Develop strong working relationships with clients and client staff.
• Delegate to junior team members and provide on-the-job training and feedback.
