Lead and manage Audit, VAT, Corporate Tax, and Accounting assignments.

Responsibilities

• Review financial statements, audit working papers, and tax computations.
• Supervise junior team members, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
• Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to junior staff.
• Handle client escalations professionally and provide effective resolutions.
• Plan and manage client visit schedules and coordinate with the team.
• Review VAT returns, Corporate Tax filings, and compliance documentation.
• Ensure adherence to UAE regulations (FTA, MOE, IFRS).
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure proper internal controls.
• Maintain strong client relationships and manage communication.
• Prepare and review reconciliations (bank, vendor, customer).
• Finalize accounts and ensure accuracy of financial reporting.
• Monitor deadlines and ensure all submissions are completed on time.
• Support management in planning and executing audit strategies.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
• Ensure proper documentation and record keeping for all assignments.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams when required.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct at all times.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in Audit, Tax, and Accounting.
• UAE experience preferred (not mandatory).
• Experience in reviewing junior staff work.
• Experience in client visits, coordination, and reporting.
• Experience in preparing VAT returns, CT filings, and audit working papers.
• Experience in managing deadlines and compliance submissions.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
• Professional qualifications preferred: CA, Semi‑CA, ACCA, CMA, MBA (Finance).
• Strong understanding of IFRS, UAE VAT, and Corporate Tax regulations.
