About the Role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and motivated Tax Accountant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in UAE Corporate Tax, VAT compliance, accounting and financial reporting, and will support a portfolio of clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and file UAE Corporate Tax registrations and tax returns
• Prepare and review VAT registrations, VAT returns, amendments, and deregistration
• Assist in tax assessments, tax computations, and tax advisory assignments
• Maintain accounting records and perform bookkeeping activities for assigned clients
• Review financial statements and management reports
• Reconcile bank accounts, receivables, payables, and general ledger balances
• Support audit engagements and coordinate with external auditors
• Assist clients with FTA queries, tax audits, and compliance requirements
• Ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations and reporting deadlines
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Liaise with clients regarding accounting and tax‑related matters
• Assist in AML compliance reviews and regulatory reporting where required

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, ACCA, CA, CMA, CPA, or equivalent qualification
• Experience working in an accounting, tax, or consultancy firm in the UAE
• Knowledge of AML compliance and UAE regulatory requirements is an advantage
