Job description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team, playing a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with IFRS and UAE VAT regulations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing intercompany transactions, coordinating with overseas offices, and supporting day-to-day financial operations, while demonstrating strong technical knowledge, accuracy, and effective stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Record day-to-day financial transactions in line with approved accounting standards and company policies
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS
• Ensure timely preparation, review, and submission of VAT returns in accordance with UAE regulations
• Monitor e-invoicing compliance and reconcile accounting records with the FTA portal
• Manage and reconcile intercompany transactions with proper supporting documentation
• Liaise with overseas offices on accounting matters and reporting requirements
• Monitor and follow up on referral cases, ensuring timely closure and communication
• Support audits, management reporting, and other finance-related activities as required

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and UAE VAT regulations
• Previous experience in accounting, preferably within a multi‑entity or intercompany environment
• Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, CA, or CMA are advantageous
