Job summary

Confidential is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager – Audit & Assurance to join its Financial Services Audit team in Dubai. You will lead external audits, supervise teams, and manage client relationships while ensuring IFRS and ISA compliance.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of external audit experience and holds ACCA/CA/CPA/ACA qualifications. Experience with UAE regulatory environments is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years external audit experience.
• ACCA, CA, CPA, or ACA qualification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and ISA.
• Experience auditing financial services clients.
• Experience supervising audit teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage external audit engagements for financial services clients.
• Supervise audit teams and provide guidance throughout audit assignments.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and ISA standards.
• Prepare audit documentation, review financial statements, and support completion of audit projects.
• Work with clients across Funds, Asset Management, Fintech, Banking, Insurance, and Brokerage.
