Confidential is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager – Audit & Assurance to join its Financial Services Audit team in Dubai. You will lead external audits, supervise teams, and manage client relationships while ensuring IFRS and ISA compliance.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of external audit experience and holds ACCA/CA/CPA/ACA qualifications. Experience with UAE regulatory environments is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage external audit engagements for financial services clients.
• Supervise audit teams and provide guidance throughout audit assignments.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and International Standards on Auditing (ISA).
• Prepare audit documentation, review financial statements, and support the successful completion of audit projects.
• Work with clients across sectors including Funds, Asset Management, Fintech, Banking, Insurance, and Brokerage.

Requirements:

• 5–8 years of external audit experience.
• ACCA, CA, CPA, or ACA qualification is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and ISA.
• Experience auditing financial services organizations, including Funds, Asset Management, Fintech, Banking, Insurance, and Brokerage.
• Previous experience supervising audit teams and managing client relationships.
• Exposure to UAE or GCC regulatory environments is a strong advantage.
• Experience with DIFC, ADGM, DFSA, or FSRA regulations is highly valued.
• Professionals from mid-tier, regional, or boutique audit firms are encouraged to apply.
