Job summary

MM Management Consultant in Dubai seeks an Assistant Manager – Audit & Assurance (Financial Services) to lead audit engagements for a range of financial-services clients, including funds, asset managers, fintechs, brokerages and insurers.

The role requires 5–8 years of external audit experience, a professional qualification (ACCA/CA/CPA/ACA), strong IFRS/ISA expertise, and proven ability to supervise teams and manage engagements. UAE regulatory exposure is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of external audit experience
• ACCA / CA / CPA / ACA or equivalent professional qualification
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and ISA
• Experience supervising audit teams and managing engagements
• Strong financial statement review and technical accounting skills
• UAE/GCC financial-services regulatory exposure is highly preferred
• DIFC / ADGM / DFSA / FSRA exposure would be an advantage

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage audit engagements across financial-services clients (funds, asset managers, fintechs, brokerages, insurers)
• Supervise audit teams and coordinate with clients and partners
• Ensure high-quality financial statements and technical accounting reviews
