Job summary

Parsons in Dubai is seeking a Resident Engineer to lead the integration and deployment of ATMS enhancements, C-ITS and C-V2X, AI and NLP capabilities, and related ITS hardware/software. You will supervise multidisciplinary teams across implementation, testing, commissioning, and acceptance, interfacing with contractors, vendors, and authorities.

Bachelor's degree required in a relevant engineering field.
Minimum 10 years post-graduate experience.
7+ years in a managerial or technical lead role on ITS/ATMS projects in the UAE.
Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily construction, system deployment, software implementation, integration, and testing activities.
Monitor project progress and coordinate testing, commissioning, deployment, and acceptance.
Manage multidisciplinary project personnel (engineers, inspectors, testers, QS).
Ensure activities meet project quality and safety requirements.
Monitor delivery against programme and budget.
Coordinate with contractors, integrators, vendors and stakeholders.
Review submittals, design docs, testing docs, and software deliverables.
Manage Health and Safety and Environmental Protection requirements.
