Job summary
Parsons Corporation in Dubai seeks an experienced ITS - ATMS Software Engineer to lead development, integration, testing, and deployment of iTraffic NextGen platform components. You will supervise activities across software teams, contractors, and RTA stakeholders, ensuring technical alignment with contracts and cybersecurity standards.
The role emphasizes enterprise software architecture, SDLC, and systems integration within intelligent transportation frameworks, with on-site responsibilities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in enterprise software systems, ATMS or ITS projects.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise software architecture and SDLC processes.
- Experience reviewing software requirements, designs, integration documents, and system submissions.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity requirements and secure software architecture.
Responsibilities
- Supervise software development, integration, testing, and deployment for the ATMS platforms.
- Review FSDDs, SRSs, ICDs, and software architecture proposals for compliance.
- Monitor contractor adherence to specs, methodologies, and cybersecurity requirements.
- Evaluate servers, middleware, APIs, and data exchange mechanisms.
- Review changes, variation orders, and handover readiness with the Resident Engineer.
- Coordinate integration with CCTV, DMS, and other ITS interfaces.
