The role emphasizes managing a portfolio of projects, client liaison, ensuring QA/HSE compliance, and contributing to proposals, fee negotiations, and resource planning.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of experience as a mechanical/building services engineer.
• Masters degree or Chartered status is a plus.
• Experience on Middle East projects is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead public health engineering design and project delivery with technical guidance to the team.
• Manage a project portfolio and serve as client contact on complex projects under senior supervision.
• Deliver projects to meet quality, timelines, profitability and client satisfaction.

9E Global is looking for an experienced Senior Associate – Public Health to join our growing team in the UAE.

The role will be responsible for leading public health engineering design and project delivery, providing technical guidance to the team, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop efficient, sustainable, and high-quality building solutions.

Qualifications

• Qualified graduated engineer in Mechanical/ Building Services Engineering with minimum 12 years of experience.
• Masters Degree/Chartered Engineering status is a plus.
• Experience in Middle East projects will be highly preferred.

Business Development

• Support in winning business and developing new clients, while strengthening relationships with existing clients.
• Be an ambassador for the Company.
• Ability to build strong relationships with Clients, Architects, and key stakeholders.
• Actively contribute to project interviews, proposals, and presentations.

Project Role

• Responsible for managing a portfolio of projects as Project Manager, reporting to an Associate Director or Director. On complex projects, may act as the primary client contact under senior supervision.
• Core responsibilities: Project delivery, Customer satisfaction, Job profitability, Job cash flow, Project quality
• Be able to lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver client solutions.
• Be commercially aware and proactive in managing project performance.
• Be experienced and competent in: Presenting to clients, Preparing and contributing to project proposals, Supporting fee negotiations and identifying opportunities for additional services, Planning and managing project resources, Constructing project teams (internal and external), Managing project timelines and deliverables

• Ensuring QA policies, HSE and regulatory requirements are met.

QHSE Responsibilities

• Understand, implement and follow 9E QHSE policies.
• Implement and coordinate QHSE procedures in your workplace.
• Comply with local regulatory authority guidelines and laws pertaining to QHSE.
• Report any QHSE incidents immediately to 9E QHSE Dept. and to legal authorities if required.
• Abide Client/Contractor QHSE requirements and acquire site induction before mobilizing at sites.
