Job summary

Standard Chartered is seeking a client relationship professional to grow our Wealth and Retail Banking business in the UAE. You will develop new relationships, onboard new clients, and service a portfolio with top-tier communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities include revenue generation, maintaining MIS, ensuring KYC/AML compliance, and delivering exceptional client service across the region.

Qualifications

• University graduate with experience in relationship management.
• Experience in handling Banking Customer Services & Investment Products.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence outcomes.
• Networking ability to manage interdepartmental deliverables.
• Good understanding of the UAE business environment with local contacts.
• Proficiency in computers and basic banking practices.
• Understanding of AML, sanctions/compliance training.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with high-profile clients to drive business growth.
• Onboard new clients while servicing existing portfolios with excellent communication.
• Generate revenue through targeted customer acquisition and product mix.
• Maintain and update sales MIS and track prospects and activity.
• Ensure KYC/AML compliance and high standards of customer service.
