Job summary

Baker McKenzie in Dubai seeks a qualified lawyer with 6 to 10 years PQE to join the firm’s international M&A practice. You will advise on cross-border transactions, including private equity, venture capital, and investment funds, and work with sovereign wealth funds and multinational corporations.

You will draft and negotiate key documents, manage due diligence and closings, supervise junior lawyers, and contribute to business development. Arabic is a plus but English proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• 6 to 10 years PQE.
• Qualified lawyer with excellent academic credentials.
• Experience and training with a leading international law firm.
• Significant experience in M&A, private equity, venture capital, or investment funds.
• Excellent English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking).
• Strong client service orientation.
• Ability to work in a global team environment.
