Job summary

Vita Coco in Dubai is seeking an experienced Senior Category Manager to drive growth across beverages. You will lead category initiatives, collaborate with Sales, and translate data into clear storytelling for retailers.

You will manage materials, develop merchandising strategies, and coach a team while analyzing KPI data to identify opportunities. This role demands deep knowledge of panel data sources and space planning tools to shape shelf presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
• 7-10 years of category management experience.
• Experience with 84.51.
• Significant experience with scanning data sources like Circana or NIQ.
• Mastery of panel data sources such as Numerator or Circana.
• Experience with JDA or other space planning software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Expertise in natural and functional beverage trends.
