BNY seeks a Senior Specialist, Client Coverage to support asset servicing client relationships in Dubai. You will work with senior coverage professionals, product partners, and client service teams to deliver polished relationship support and contribute to business growth across markets.

The role emphasizes managing multiple priorities, communicating clearly with clients, and maintaining accurate activity documentation while ensuring regulatory and reputational considerations are observed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in business, finance or economics.
• Experience in client coverage, relationship management or sales support within financial services.
• Understanding of asset servicing and institutional client environment; strong commercial acumen desired.
• Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and perform well in a team-based coverage model.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-focused setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to prepare professional client-facing materials.
• Commercial awareness with a drive to identify opportunities for client outcomes and growth.
• Familiarity with regulatory, compliance and reputational considerations in financial services.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop client relationships across assigned markets within Asset Servicing.
• Collaborate with senior coverage professionals to execute relationship strategies.
• Identify opportunities to broaden client engagement and drive account growth.
• Understand client business models to deliver timely and relevant support.
• Contribute to client meetings, presentations, and follow-up actions for a coordinated experience.
• Coordinate with product, account management and client service teams on coverage plans.
• Monitor market trends and share insights with internal stakeholders.
• Identify client needs and service gaps, escalating as needed to support satisfaction.
• Assist in preparing commercial materials and internal reporting on account activity.
• Maintain documentation of client interactions and pipeline activity.
