Job summary

First Abu Dhabi Bank seeks a Specialist, Asset Servicing to manage end-to-end corporate actions processing and related custody activities. You will interact with markets, sub-custodians, issuers, and clients, ensuring accurate data, timely actions, and strong client service.

You will handle complex events across multiple markets, reconcile positions, and support tax reclaim and proxy services, while maintaining compliance and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: University Graduate / bachelor’s degree (or 5 years related work experience).
• Minimum Experience: 5+ years in security services / back-office operations.
• Strong execution skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end corporate actions processing in line with regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and process corporate actions across domestic, regional, and international markets.
• Reconcile client positions with sub-custodians and markets; communicate with stakeholders.
• Respond to client queries with clear corporate actions information per market rules.
• Coordinate with Markets, Sub Custodians, Agents, and Issuers to ensure timely processing.
• Support tax reclaim, proxy services, and related settlement activities.
